In the United States fewer and fewer households are able to experience nourishing home cooked meals due to increasing wage inequality, food deserts, lack of time because of working long hours, and not enough money to afford fresh food like seasonal vegetables and meats. After Covid-19 a lot of people began cooking at home again. As a mobile food truck we want to offer meals that feel like they were home cooked. This can be beneficial for people that don’t have time to cook their own meals or have limited resources. We want Casseroll to embody how people were in the 1960’s with casserole dishes, where experimentation was at it’s peak and no food was left off the table for what could go in a casserole dish. We want to bring dishes that are not only creative—but delicious.
Build a brand that is inviting, playful and bold. Ultimately we want the branding to be loud so that it will attract costumers from a distance and for the branding to be fun and warm. We want the environment around the food truck to feel homey and inviting to all the guests looking for a delicious dinner.
